The format for the evenings which include a 20 minute Dharma talk differs from our usual format on Monday and Wednesday evenings. On the evenings when we offer a talk, we sit for two twenty minute periods with walking meditation in between them. The talk and Q & A follow the second period.

Our extended practice periods include chanting, meditation, some light work practice, and gyohatsu (formal meals with oryoki).
